If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn sandals within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure sandals are in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to generate a return authorization.

  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
